Darcie Crowe is Vice President, Senior Financial Advisor and Portfolio Manager with Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management. She provides clients a comprehensive wealth solution including customized investment portfolios as well as wealth and estate planning expertise. Darcie emphasizes building trusted relationships with clients and offering services based on integrity and comprehensive, personalized advice.
Darcie has over 15 years of experience in financial services, beginning her career with Genuity Capital Markets as a member of the Investment Banking and Equity Capital Markets teams. In 2010, Darcie shifted her focus to working with individuals and families in reaching their investment and estate planning objectives.
As a holder of the Certified Investment Manager (CIM) designation, Darcie provides the expertise related to structuring of portfolio strategies through a process of strategic asset allocation, discretionary portfolio management and selection of alternative solutions to increase diversification and efficiency of client portfolios. Each client’s unique circumstances lay the foundation for implementing the most suitable investment strategy tailored to individual goals and objectives.
As a holder of the Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA) designation, Darcie is also uniquely positioned to assist clients in the financial aspects of working through or following the transition of divorce.
Darcie is a graduate of the honors business administration (HBA) program at The Richard Ivey School of Business.

Lee graduated from the University of Lethbridge in Calgary with a degree in Business Administration majoring in Finance along with a Network Engineering Technology Diploma from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology in Edmonton. She brings over 15 years of business operations and client relations experience from her time in Calgary across multiple industries including the energy and technology sector before transitioning into finance. Prior to joining the wealth management business, Lee started her career at Canaccord Genuity working in trade settlements and corporate actions for three years, providing excellent service while building strong relationships both, inside and outside the firm.

Paul is responsible for wealth & estate planning at Canaccord Genuity Wealth & Estate Planning Services Ltd. Prior to working at Canaccord, Paul founded a financial planning service, Strategic Insurance, specializing in wealth management and tax planning services which focused on unique and advanced planning techniques. Before founding his financial planning practice, Paul had over 10 years’ management experience at large multinational manufacturing companies. Paul holds certification as a Certified Health Specialist and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), a professional financial designation specializing in developing effective solutions for individuals, business owners and professionals in the areas of income replacement, risk management, estate planning and wealth transfer.
