Darcie Crowe is an award-winning Senior Vice President, Portfolio Manager and Founder of the Crowe Private Wealth group within Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management.
Darcie holds over fifteen years of experience in financial services, having begun her career with Genuity Capital Markets as a member of the Investment Banking and Equity Capital Markets team before shifting her focus to work with executives and family offices in 2010. She has been recognized by Wealth Professional, the industry’s pre-eminent publication, as one of Canada’s Top 50 Advisors (2020, 2021) as well as Advisor of the Year, Alternative Investments and Female Trailblazer of the Year for 2020.
Darcie’s institutional approach emphasizes the use of diversified investments that demonstrate reduced correlation and volatility compared to a traditional equity and fixed income portfolio. Her clients benefit from the superior risk-return profile of an individualized alternative portfolio, with alternative sleeves not limited to Private Equity, Alternative Credit, Long/Short Equity, Private Real Estate, Arbitrage Opportunities and Private Debt.
As a Chartered Investment Manager (CIM), Personal Financial Planner (PFP) and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA), Darcie is uniquely equipped to work with clients undergoing life transitions and transfers of wealth. Darcie provides the expertise related to structuring of portfolio strategies through a process of strategic asset allocation, discretionary portfolio management and selection of alternative solutions to increase diversification and efficiency of client portfolios.
As a founding member of Canaccord Genuity’s Global Diversity Committee, Darcie is committed to championing women within the industry. Darcie helped launched Canaccord Genuity’s Advisory Program for Women Entrepreneurs, designed to help high-potential local women entrepreneurs finance, grow and sell their businesses. As a new mother, Darcie was blown away by the care she received at BC Women’s Hospital and is pleased to have served on their committee. Currently, Darcie sits on the board of Face of Today (dedicated to turning dreams into reality by supporting the development of youth) and One Girl Can (empowering girls in Kenya and Uganda through education and mentorship.)
Darcie is a graduate of the honors business administration (HBA) program at The Richard Ivey School of Business.

Morgan Steele, CFA
Morgan enjoys collaborating with clients to manage exposure and seize opportunity within their portfolios.
Morgan's core responsibilities include tactical equity trading. He is fully options and derivatives licensed, in order to assist in hedging risk. As a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder, Morgan boasts a very well-rounded financial background with prior roles as a High Yield Bond Analyst and Equity Research Analyst. To hone his understanding of distressed debt, Morgan spent a stint in New York City with a hedge fund.
Morgan holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from Dalhousie University.
As a former competitive golfer, Morgan can often be found on the green. He is an avid reader who enjoys staying active (working out, running or playing beach volleyball.) He is a proud supporter of the Canadian Cancer Society and the work that they do.
Kellyanne Yep, CIM, RIAC

Kellyanne believes in wealth management as a process to facilitate legacy — sparking conversations about philanthropy and familial impact amongst wealth creators.
Kellyanne has achieved her Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation and enjoys creating bespoke portfolio strategies grounded in thoughtful risk management. The incorporation of alternative asset classes is a special focus, to ensure clients meet their return and diversification goals. As a holder of the Responsible Investment Advisor Certification (RIAC), Kellyanne is skilled in developing impact-driven investment strategies through the marriage of environmental, social and governance (ESG) data and traditional analysis.
Kellyanne holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from the University of British Columbia.
Kellyanne is passionate about positive impact. After experiencing the devastating effects of cancer on families, she began going door-to-door for the Canadian Cancer Society at age 13 and is pleased to sit on the Gala Committee for their signature Daffodil Ball today. She is energized by the act of mentorship and is a proud alumni volunteer for the UBC Sauder School of Business. Currently, Kellyanne serves as Finance Adviser on the advisory board of the Kappa Kappa Gamma chapter at the University of British Columbia.

Joseph is a recent graduate from the Ivey Business School at Western University (Honours Specialization: Finance.) He holds diverse experience within the wealth management industry, having completed summer internships at Pathfinder Asset Management as well as Mackenzie Investments.
Joseph has completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH) and looks forward to furthering his knowledge in regards to client administration and alternative strategies.
With a passion for supporting youth, Joseph is proud to have spent three years as a Team Leader for the Boys and Girls Club.
