Darcie Crowe is an award-winning Senior Vice President, Portfolio Manager and Founder of the Crowe Private Wealth group within Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management.
Darcie holds over fifteen years of experience in financial services, having begun her career with Genuity Capital Markets as a member of the Investment Banking and Equity Capital Markets team before shifting her focus to work with executives and family offices in 2010. She has been recognized by Wealth Professional, the industry’s pre-eminent publication, as one of Canada’s Top 50 Advisors for 2020.
Darcie’s institutional approach emphasizes the use of diversified investments that demonstrate reduced correlation and volatility compared to a traditional equity and fixed income portfolio. Her clients benefit from the superior risk-return profile of an individualized alternative portfolio, with alternative sleeves not limited to Private Equity, Alternative Credit, Long/Short Equity, Private Real Estate, Arbitrage Opportunities and Private Debt.
As a Certified Investment Manager (CIM), Personal Financial Planner (PFP) and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA), Darcie is uniquely equipped to work with clients undergoing life transitions and transfers of wealth. Darcie provides the expertise related to structuring of portfolio strategies through a process of strategic asset allocation, discretionary portfolio management and selection of alternative solutions to increase diversification and efficiency of client portfolios.
As a founding member of Canaccord Genuity’s Global Diversity Committee, Darcie is committed to championing women within the industry. Darcie helped launched Canaccord Genuity’s Advisory Program for Women Entrepreneurs, designed to help high-potential local women entrepreneurs finance, grow and sell their businesses. As a new mother, Darcie was blown away by the care she received at BC Women’s Hospital and is pleased to have served on their committee. Currently, Darcie sits on the board of One Girl Can – an organization dedicated to empowering girls in Kenya and Uganda through education and mentorship.
Darcie is a graduate of the honors business administration (HBA) program at The Richard Ivey School of Business.

Morgan Steele, CFA
Morgan has a very well-rounded financial background in equities, fixed income and alternatives. His previous positions as a High Yield Bond Analyst at IA Clarington and as a Research Analyst for a global hedge fund help him to create modern portfolios that deviate from the traditional 60/40 mix. He believes in the value of asset allocation and diversification to provide returns, and always looks to be protected on the downside. Morgan holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Dalhousie University where he was on the Dean’s list and is a CFA Charterholder. He is also fully options licensed.
Kellyanne Yep, BCOM, RIAC

Kellyanne is passionate about giving back, and positive impact sits at the core of her pursuits. Volunteerism grounds her daily perspective, particularly in regards to the struggles faced within our community and the opportunities we hold to effect change.
As a proponent of conscious capital and sustainable enterprise, Kellyanne is pleased to work with clients who share similar values. Improving female financial confidence – when women have been shown to statistically outperform as investors, yet demonstrate a marked lack of confidence – remains a core driver of her collaborative, family-oriented approach. Kellyanne believes in wealth management as a vehicle for education, to spark conversation and awareness about philanthropy and legacy amongst wealth inheritors.
Kellyanne holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia. She has achieved her Responsible Investment Advisor Certification (RIAC) with the Responsible Investment Association (RIA), and is skilled in developing impact-driven investment strategies through the marriage of environmental, social and governance (ESG) data and traditional analysis.

Paul is responsible for wealth & estate planning at Canaccord Genuity Wealth & Estate Planning Services Ltd. Prior to working at Canaccord, Paul founded a financial planning service, Strategic Insurance, specializing in wealth management and tax planning services which focused on unique and advanced planning techniques. Before founding his financial planning practice, Paul had over 10 years’ management experience at large multinational manufacturing companies. Paul holds certification as a Certified Health Specialist and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), a professional financial designation specializing in developing effective solutions for individuals, business owners and professionals in the areas of income replacement, risk management, estate planning and wealth transfer.

Her accounting background, combined with her varied employment history, has helped develop her knowledge and skills in advanced financial, tax and estate planning strategies for high net worth clients.
