Darcie Crowe is an award-winning Senior Vice President, Portfolio Manager and Founder of the Crowe Private Wealth group within Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management.
Darcie holds over fifteen years of experience in financial services, having begun her career with Genuity Capital Markets as a member of the Investment Banking and Equity Capital Markets team before shifting her focus to work with executives and family offices in 2010. She has been recognized by Wealth Professional, the industry’s pre-eminent publication, as one of Canada’s Top 50 Advisors (2020, 2021) as well as Advisor of the Year, Alternative Investments and Female Trailblazer of the Year for 2020.
Darcie’s institutional approach emphasizes the use of diversified investments that demonstrate reduced correlation and volatility compared to a traditional equity and fixed income portfolio. Her clients benefit from the superior risk-return profile of an individualized alternative portfolio, with alternative sleeves not limited to Private Equity, Alternative Credit, Long/Short Equity, Private Real Estate, Arbitrage Opportunities and Private Debt.
As a Chartered Investment Manager (CIM), Personal Financial Planner (PFP) and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA), Darcie is uniquely equipped to work with clients undergoing life transitions and transfers of wealth. Darcie provides the expertise related to structuring of portfolio strategies through a process of strategic asset allocation, discretionary portfolio management and selection of alternative solutions to increase diversification and efficiency of client portfolios.
As a founding member of Canaccord Genuity’s Global Diversity Committee, Darcie is committed to championing women within the industry. Darcie helped launched Canaccord Genuity’s Advisory Program for Women Entrepreneurs, designed to help high-potential local women entrepreneurs finance, grow and sell their businesses. As a new mother, Darcie was blown away by the care she received at BC Women’s Hospital and is pleased to have served on their committee. Currently, Darcie sits on the board of Face of Today (dedicated to turning dreams into reality by supporting the development of youth) and One Girl Can (empowering girls in Kenya and Uganda through education and mentorship.)
Darcie is a graduate of the honors business administration (HBA) program at The Richard Ivey School of Business.

Morgan Steele, CFA
Morgan enjoys collaborating with clients to manage exposure and seize opportunity within their portfolios.
Morgan's core responsibilities include tactical equity trading. He is fully options and derivatives licensed, in order to assist in hedging risk. As a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder, Morgan boasts a very well-rounded financial background with prior roles as a High Yield Bond Analyst and Equity Research Analyst. To hone his understanding of distressed debt, Morgan spent a stint in New York City with a hedge fund.
Morgan holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from Dalhousie University.
As a former competitive golfer, Morgan can often be found on the green. He is an avid reader who enjoys staying active (working out, running or playing beach volleyball.) He is a proud supporter of the Canadian Cancer Society and the work that they do.
Kellyanne Yep, CIM, RIAC

Kellyanne believes in wealth management as a process to facilitate legacy — sparking conversations about philanthropy and familial impact amongst wealth creators.
Kellyanne has achieved her Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation and enjoys creating bespoke portfolio strategies grounded in thoughtful risk management. The incorporation of alternative asset classes is a special focus, to ensure clients meet their return and diversification goals. As a holder of the Responsible Investment Advisor Certification (RIAC), Kellyanne is skilled in developing impact-driven investment strategies through the marriage of environmental, social and governance (ESG) data and traditional analysis.
Kellyanne holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from the University of British Columbia.
Kellyanne is passionate about positive impact. After experiencing the devastating effects of cancer on families, she began going door-to-door for the Canadian Cancer Society at age 13 and is pleased to sit on the organizing committee for their signature Daffodil Ball. She has trained and volunteered as a music therapy assistant with the senior residents of Yaletown House, seeking to spark joy through therapeutic music interventions. Currently, Kellyanne serves as the first Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Adviser as well as Finance Adviser on the advisory board of the Kappa Kappa Gamma chapter at the University of British Columbia, and as Treasurer of the Vancouver Alumnae Association.

Joseph is a recent graduate from the Ivey Business School at Western University (Honours Specialization: Finance.) He holds diverse experience within the wealth management industry, having completed summer internships at Pathfinder Asset Management as well as Mackenzie Investments.
Joseph has completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH) and looks forward to furthering his knowledge in regards to client administration and alternative strategies.
With a passion for supporting youth, Joseph is proud to have spent three years as a Team Leader for the Boys and Girls Club.

Her accounting background, combined with her varied employment history, has helped develop her knowledge and skills in advanced financial, tax and estate planning strategies for high net worth clients. Tony joined Canaccord Genuity in March 2012, through the acquisition of Collins Stewart, and currently serves as the Head of U.S. Macro Group, Chief Market Strategist, and member of the Firm’s U.S. Operating Committee.Tony previously served as Collins Stewart’s senior managing director and chief equity strategist. Prior to that, he was chief equity market strategist and co-director of research for FTN Financial’s equity arm from 2003-2010. In addition to his analyst role at FTN, Tony also held the titles of co-director of research, chairman of the investment committee, and sat on the firm’s operating committee.
With over 30 years of experience ranging from the corporate boardroom to the individual investor, he is best known for the practical application of macroeconomic and tactical market indicators. Frequently seen on many financial news networks, such as CNBC and Bloomberg, Tony is praised for reducing the complex jargon of statistics to an understandable and practical level.
Tony is a graduate of LeMoyne College with a bachelor’s degree in political science and currently sits on LeMoyne’s Board of Trustees. He lives in New Jersey with his wife and two sons. His interests range from but are not limited to flying, scuba diving, sky diving, and all outdoor sports.
Martin Roberge, CFA, MSc, BBA
Managing Director, North American Portfolio Strategy
Martin Roberge serves as Portfolio Strategist and Quantitative Analyst at Canaccord Genuity. He is responsible for providing tactical asset mix and sector rotation research and recommendations to the firm’s retail and institutional clients. Previously, he held similar roles at Dundee Securities and National Bank Financial. Martin acquired money-management expertise as the lead portfolio manager of absolute-return funds at Natcan Investment Management and Crystalline Management. Over the years, Martin has been highly ranked as a portfolio strategist and quantitative analyst in Canada, according to the Brendan Wood International survey. He holds the CFA designation and is a member of the Montreal Society of Financial Analysts. He completed a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Bishop’s University and a Master of Science in Finance from l’Université de Sherbrooke.
Derek Dley, CFA, BComm

Derek Dley is a consumer products analyst and the Head of Canadian Research with Canaccord Genuity, leading a team of 23 analysts covering 11 sectors. He joined Genuity Capital Markets' equity research department in 2008. Prior to joining Genuity, Derek worked in equity research at a multinational independent investment bank. He has consistently been a top-ranked analyst in the StarMine Analyst Awards from Refinitiv. Derek holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction from the University of Victoria and is a CFA charterholder.
Vice Chairman, Head of Origination
Graham Saunders joined Canaccord Genuity in 1996, developing expertise in institutional equity sales while also establishing extensive institutional and corporate relationships across diverse industries. From his roles as first Head, then Co-Head of Institutional Equity Sales in 2016, Graham moved to Equity Capital Markets to lead the Origination Team, and in 2018 was made Vice-Chairman. Graham has been instrumental in the Capital Markets business for Canaccord Genuity and has played an integral role in establishing the firm as the leading investment bank for over two decades. Graham was a pioneer for Canaccord Genuity in both the Gaming and the Cannabis sectors from the early inception of these now prolific industries. With extensive capital markets experience, Graham continues to lead the firm’s Canadian Origination Team and its investment and advisory practices towards cutting edge and emerging industries.
Jeffrey Blanco, MBA

Jeff joined Canaccord Genuity in 2017 and is responsible for foreign exchange activities which includes spot trading, forwards, options, and risk management solutions. Prior to joining Canaccord Genuity, Jeff ran the foreign exchange trading operations at several institutions as well as the currency overlay programs at major Canadian asset management firms. Jeff holds an MBA from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Economics from the University of Manitoba
